This repository is intended to host documentation, analysis code and processed source data associated with a study of three-dimensional human lymph node remodelling during ageing.
At the current stage, this public repository contains only the project description. Analysis scripts, processed spatial single-cell matrices and source data tables will be released upon manuscript publication or when appropriate according to journal, ethical and data-sharing requirements.
This repository is under preparation for manuscript submission. Code and data files are not yet included in this public version.
Processed spatial single-cell matrices containing cell-level marker expression, spatial coordinates and annotations will be made available after publication. Raw multiplexed imaging data are available from the corresponding authors upon reasonable request, subject to ethical approval and data-sharing restrictions.
Analysis code will be released after publication. The released code will include scripts for anatomical annotation, spatial neighbourhood analysis, marker-expression comparison, T-cell dispersion analysis and statistical visualization.
