I'm using pynndescent as a dependency in a project and it has begun crashing the python kernel without any error data when imported within a docker container. It works when imported into a native python shell.
Hardware: Apple M4 Pro
Python: 3.11
colima version 0.8.1
runtime: docker
arch: aarch64
client: v28.0.4
server: v27.4.0
I was able to duplicate this within a virgin docker container using docker run -it python:3.11 bash and installing pynndescent via pip, causes the following error Illegal instruction (core dumped). I tried to build the package, same issue. Not sure how to proceed.
