Add Resemble Detect plugin

Resemble AI media safety as a LobeChat plugin: deepfake
detection for audio/image/video, media intelligence (transcription, speaker info, emotion,
misinformation), audio source tracing, and invisible-watermark checks.

• Type: OpenAPI plugin — manifest points to a hosted OpenAPI 3.0.3 spec
• Auth: user-supplied Resemble API key via plugin settings (bearerAuth, Bearer token)

The underlying API operations were tested end-to-end against the live Resemble API
