Summary

Bump the vulnerable Guzzle packages in composer.lock to the latest releases on their installed major lines. composer.json is unchanged: the existing guzzlehttp/guzzle: ^7.7 constraint already allows the fixed versions. This clears all 13 open Dependabot alerts (1 high, 12 medium).

Package From To Advisories
guzzlehttp/guzzle 7.7.0 7.16.1 GHSA-v5mv-p594-2x33 (high), GHSA-f7vp-7xgx-4w4r, GHSA-h95v-h523-3mw8, GHSA-f283-ghqc-fg79, GHSA-wm3w-8rrp-j577, GHSA-g446-98w2-8p5w, GHSA-94pj-82f3-465w, GHSA-cwxw-98qj-8qjx, GHSA-wpwq-4j6v-78m3
guzzlehttp/psr7 2.6.0 2.13.2 GHSA-c2w2-prh8-qm98, GHSA-vm85-hxw5-5432, GHSA-hq7v-mx3g-29hw, GHSA-34xg-wgjx-8xph
guzzlehttp/promises 2.0.1 2.6.0 none (Guzzle 7.16 requires ^2.6)

No other locked packages moved. The lock's plugin-api-version and the empty stability-flags / platform-dev values were rewritten by a newer Composer.

Reviewer notes

  • These are minor releases within 7.x / 2.x, with no breaking changes listed in their changelogs. Newly deprecated APIs (Utils::jsonDecode, request-level handler, raw cURL options, and others) are not used by the SDK, and no Guzzle runtime deprecation fires during the test suite.
  • All three packages still require php: ^7.2.5 || ^8.0, so the lock installs on the PHP 8.1–8.3 CI matrix.

Not fixed

None. composer audit reports no advisories after this change.
