CI proof only — do NOT merge (the round-14 close merges the branch). Fixes the bwrap profile so an allowed folder inside a refused one is reachable (masks are remounted read-only after every bind); Landlock child-of-refused-parent test. Backlog 1002 item 1. The linux-sandbox job must show the Linux sandbox tests with 0 failed, 0 skipped.
