Simple DAI bridge example on ZkSync 2.0

It consists of two folders:

• l1 which contains the hardhat project that is used to deploy the standard DAI L1 bridge with L1 Escrow and L1 GovernanceRelay
• l2 which contains the hardhat project for the L2 bridge smart contract
