Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For a company setup, the admin may configure several shared email accounts, but currently each user has to add/configure the account themselves. This is inconvenient when multiple people need access to the same mailbox.
Describe the solution you'd like
Let the admin assign existing MailFlow users to already-configured email accounts. For example, info@ → everyone, sales@ → 2 users, hr@ → 1 user, support@ → 3 users. Users should simply see and use the accounts assigned to them without configuring IMAP/SMTP themselves.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Having every user configure the same account separately works, but creates duplicate configuration and is harder to manage. Admin-controlled account access seems much simpler for shared/team mailboxes.
A simple Manage Access / Assign Users option for each connected account would solve it nicely.
