Graph Growing Neural Cellular Automata

A graph-based generalization of Mordvintsev's et al. (2020) neural cellular automata for differentiable single-cell morphogenesis. Unlike graph neural cellular automata (Grattarola et al., 2021), this approach models explicit growth rather than reorganization.

Installing Dependencies

$ conda env create -f environment.yml
