now that iohub has different zarr codecs we need to make sure our dataloaders explicilty instantiate either the zarrs, zarr-python or tensorstore. There was a monkeypatch (not my favorite), which we will remove with 0.5.4 iohub release. https://github.com/mehta-lab/VisCy/commit/7afcca69
