Adding a post analysis step for ndea

Could we find a way to add a post-analysis step which creates the yaml config file so users can open the embedding atlas afterwords?

How do you think this will be different from the yaml used for looking at the embeddings? Will it add the annotations that was prepared during analysis to the config as well?
