Introduce Docker configuration for building and running the goqlprinter application. This includes a multi-stage Dockerfile for frontend and backend, a docker-compose.yml for service orchestration, and a .dockerignore file to exclude unnecessary files from the Docker context. Adds Docker Compose support so you can run goqlprinter with docker compose up -d. Includes config file mounting and README getting-started instructions.
