Refresh MiniMax model parameters

Reason: Refresh MiniMax model parameters and endpoints to match the current target configuration.

Updates the MiniMax provider registry with the M3 and M2.7 model metadata, including context windows, pricing, and input modalities. The existing regional Anthropic endpoints remain aligned for global and China configurations, and both interactive setup paths now offer the current target models.

I updated the MiniMax configuration to refresh existing model entries, keep the model menu aligned with the current targets, and preserve the regional Anthropic endpoints. I ran bash -n on both scripts and exercised the embedded provider refresh logic in both files.

Follow-up: I replaced the three MiniMax menu strings added in the previous update with English equivalents. I reran shell syntax checks, provider refresh behavior checks, and the addition-language audit.

Final follow-up: I translated the remaining MiniMax recommendation labels in both scripts. I reran shell syntax checks, provider refresh behavior checks, and verified that every added line in the live final PR diff is English-only.
