FIX Correct SemGuard citation and CodeAttack source metadata

Description

Correct two attribution gaps and replace redirected CodeAttack URLs with the repository's current location. This is metadata-only; prompt contents and runtime behavior are unchanged.

• Align the SemGuard paper citation with IEEE/Crossref metadata: conference entry, Abdallah M. Abughallous, full venue, pages 143-147, and DOI. Preserve the separate dataset creator Abdullah M. Abughallous, citation key, title, year, second author, and source URL. Follow-up to [FEAT] Add SemGuard Arabic Security Dataset loader #2468.
• Complete the restored CodeAttack framing's four paper affiliations, retaining all seven paper-lineage authors. FIX complete CodeAttack paper affiliations #2603 already corrected the eight converter templates; the framing restored in FEAT: add code_attack_framed technique (closes #2088) #2721 still had only one affiliation. The deliberate paper-author alignment is documented in the #1960 review.
• Replace all eight renqibing/CodeAttack references with AI45Lab/CodeAttack. Also cite that repository as the framing prompt's idea source. Its description still explicitly states that the system prompt is a PyRIT-specific addition, not present in the paper or reference implementation.

Tests and Documentation

• Final URL update: 94 passed across CodeAttack converter and framing tests. Exact comparisons verify that only the nine source fields changed and no tracked renqibing references remain.
• Initial citation/affiliation correction: 20 passed across SemGuard loader and framing tests; 99/99 bibliography/hidden-citation parity; strict parsing of 871 YAML files; 64 curated, 6 supplemental, and 22 integrity checks passed. The historical literal-98 cardinality assertion was explicitly adapted to the actual entry count. These corpus results precede the separately verified URL-only follow-up.
• Reused the existing RefChecker run because the final bibliography is byte-identical to its input. Its 12 records/20 atoms were manually classified, including network/validator limitations; no new checker run or full-suite claim.
• Applicable normal hooks passed except the Windows size hook's native Git subprocess failure. That unchanged checker passed separately with an explicit inherited environment, including --enforce-all, and only that hook was explicitly skipped during commit. No hook configuration changed.
• Bibliography documentation updated. JupyText execution is not applicable.
