Backport of #2552 to Go 1.26.

Summary

  • update github.com/microsoft/go-crypto-darwin to v0.0.3-0.20261008095156-6223ee583f63
  • regenerate 0001-Vendor-external-dependencies.patch using the branch-built Go 1.26 toolchain

Validation

  • go test github.com/microsoft/go-crypto-darwin/...
  • CGO_ENABLED=0 go test github.com/microsoft/go-crypto-darwin/...
  • git diff --check
  • git go-patch extract

Backport the Darwin backend dependency update from #2552.
