Remove Azure App Service prompts that don't have tools for them

What does this PR do?

Updates the Azure MCP server README to replace the prompts for Azure App Service with prompts that actually have tools for them.

This PR addresses issue #1726 by removing misleading Azure App Service prompts from the README that suggested list and get operations which don't exist. The only App Service tool currently available is appservice_database_add, so the PR correctly replaces the four non-existent prompts with a single accurate description of the available functionality.

Changes:

• Removed 4 prompts suggesting App Service list/get operations that have no corresponding tools
• Added 1 prompt describing the actual database connection functionality available via appservice_database_add
