Fix folder name in .NET App Only docs

The previous command creates a GraphAppOnlyTutorial directory.

The delegated tutorial uses this project/folder name, so may have been copied over and not updated.

FYI, the instructions link - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/help/platform/faq?tabs=pr-validation-error-solution%2Cpr-merge-conflict-error-solution#build--publish - in the build status comment is throwing a 404.

Working up the URL path isn't showing me a good replacement URL. 🤷
