Multi-language support for PiStorm Blockly custom blocks

Dear Mindsensors i have translated the custom blocks of PiStorm in french and start the multi-language support.

Dear acabrol, you could take into account my findings:
if you insert any non-ASCII character (śźąńŁ etc.) in a text string in any text block (either Text, Screen, or System category, either standard or custom) then the resulting .py file is saved empty (even though the pop-up tells "File successfully saved").
I checked Pistorms v2 and PiStorms GRX-A, f/w V2.05, s/w 4.016.
There is no problem using non-ASCII name of a Custom Variable or a Function.
In the Google's Blockly non-ASCII is properly served.

Well i have not so much knowledge on PiStorm i just created a french translation file.

Yes for this you have to create an issue on PiStorm project.
