PYNQ HDMI source demo

This is a demo of an HDMI source on a PYNQ FPGA dev board (Zynq 7020) that can be used as the basis of any video project. Resolution is fixed at 1024x768 XVGA with 24-bit RGB color. Does not negotiate Display Data Channel.
