Add EcoLogits contributors to team section

Description

Adds GitHub links for the EcoLogits contributors and confirms the existing contributor entries, addressing @inimaz's review. Also rewrites the Team section layout and touches copy on the hero and a blog post/ecosystem tagline.

• Added github_url for Benoît Courty, Amine Saboni, Sasha Luccioni, Iñigo Imaz, Luis Blanche, Patrick and Claire Saignol. Samuel Rincé, Adrien Banse, Vincent Duarte and David Berenstein already had one. Valentin Defour is the only contributor without a link (see below).
• Restored Sasha Luccioni's organisation: "Hugging Face" and the "adding a contributor" guide comment that were dropped earlier in this branch.
• Removed the drafts/github-readmes/* files — out of scope for this PR.
• Reverted an unrelated src/utils/highlightCode.ts refactor that had been mixed into this branch; it will be proposed separately.
• Rewrote src/sections/Team.astro: the two-column layout (contributor grid beside a "want to contribute" sidebar) is replaced with a single centered column — heading, then a responsive contributor grid (up to 4 columns), then a "want to contribute" block. Contributor cards now link the avatar and name to contributor.github_url when set, falling back to plain (non-linked) rendering otherwise; organisation is only rendered when present. The single "View all contributors" button is replaced with two buttons, one linking to ${GITHUB_CODECARBON_URL}/graphs/contributors and one to ${GITHUB_ECOLOGITS_URL}/graphs/contributors (both imported from ../consts).
• Copy changes: the Welcome hero's h1 now reads "Measure the environmental footprint of compute & GenAI" (was "computing & AI").

Handle confirmation

Each handle was confirmed against a GitHub user profile whose name field matches the contributor's name (or, where the profile is already referenced via img_path's avatar id, the id-derived login's name):

• Benoît Courty → benoit-cty
• Amine Saboni → SaboniAmine
• Sasha Luccioni → sashavor
• Iñigo Imaz → inimaz
• Luis Blanche → LuisBlanche
• Patrick → prmths128 (profile name: "Patrick LLORET")
• Claire Saignol → Claire6675 (profile name: "Claire SAIGNOL")
• Valentin Defour → left out; the avatar id resolves to vdwow (profile name: "Valentin D."), which only weakly matches — not confirmed.

@inimaz asked to drop the draft READMEs and to fill in GitHub URLs for the remaining contributors.
