fix(data): correct MoE architecture format for command-a-plus-05-2026

The command-a-plus-05-2026 entry used a flat MoE format ("parameters": 218, "active_parameters": 25), which doesn't match the ParametersMoE schema. As a result, active_parameters was silently dropped as an extra field, and the model was treated as dense with 218B params instead of MoE with 25B active params.

Fixed by nesting parameters as expected:

"parameters": {"total": 218, "active": 25}

Now consistent with all other MoE entries in models.json.
