FastField does not work on MODX 3. The docs page still read like a current install option.
Adds a top notice on EN/RU
extras/fastfieldpages: do not install on 3.x, use pdoTools / pdoParser for[[#...]]tags instead. Clarifies the rest of the page is for Revolution 2.2+ (2.x).Affected versions
