Verified against the live FXCI Azure DevTest subscription. Terraform validation passed, the configuration applied successfully, and the post-apply plan reports no changes.

Migration from community-tc to firefox-ci: the proj-taskcluster/gw-windows-2022 and gw-windows-2022-gui pools in fxci-config reference sn-{central-us,east-us}-proj-taskcluster, which do not exist yet. Mirrors terraform/azure_fxci/proj-fuzzing.
