The LuminarePickerMenu was unable to open, at least on macOS 15. This PR fixes LuminarePickerMenu presentation and native checkmark alignment.
It also refines LuminareCompactPicker styling, segmented hover colors, cell padding, selection-adjacent separators, and proposal-aware height behavior. The button variant of LuminareCompactPicker is removed.
