Adds a short troubleshooting note to the macOS install instructions explaining that the "keyviz.app is damaged and can't be opened" message on macOS Sequoia (15+) is a Gatekeeper warning for unnotarized releases — not an actual corrupted download — and how to clear it with
xattr -cr.Slots into the existing macOS bullet next to the Input Monitoring / Accessibility note to keep the section tight and consistent with the current README style.
