Change Description

Bump FPP to 4.0.0a2 which removes fpp-to-json entirely.

Also ports a local custom FPP analyzer to the new native bindings and removes references to the JSON model in the cmake.

Rationale

We deprecated fpp-to-json in favor of the fprime-fpp-python native bindings. We are now removing it entirely since the python model is out of sync with the json model and therefore not usable.

Is this a good example of "how to migrate from FPP to JSON to the new model" ? 👀
