Summary

  • Adds initial Grok Build harness detection and integration plumbing.
  • Wires Grok Build into install/profile/display/TUI paths.

Status

⚠️ Highly experimental and untested.

This has not been validated against Grok Heavy / paid Grok Build flows because we do not have the ~$300 budget required to test it end-to-end. Treat this PR as beta-quality exploratory support until someone with access can verify the behavior.

Testing

  • Not run / not end-to-end tested against Grok Heavy.

Grok uses [mcp_servers.*] with enabled/startup_timeout_sec, not OpenCode-style
[mcp] tables. Profile create/switch also treated ~/.grok as pure config and
could copy multi-100MB downloads into profiles and wipe bin/ on switch.

- Use mcp_servers key for parse/read/write/native conversion
- Emit Grok-native MCP shape (command/args/env/enabled)
- Preserve Grok runtime dirs (bin, downloads, sessions, auth, …)
- Extract ui.theme and list plugins without requiring plugin.toml
- Clear stale active profile on delete
