When the Dark color is the exact same as the Any color... just remove the Dark and only use the Any

Needs to be merged at the same time as these PRs for TrioDocs, LoopFollow, and LoopFollowDocs:
Replaces the reddish orange color for the UAM forecast with a magenta taken from the Trio logo, to make the UAM line more easily distinguishable from the COB line.
