Hi! I'm a first time contributor to Weasis. I had notice issue #783 that was requesting an option to disable the measurement delete confirmation dialogue. I've implemented it following the same pattern as the existing CONFIRM_CLOSE preference in the GeneralSetting.java file. I am happy to make any other adjustments based on your feedback/suggestions.
