What: Adds XML triple-slash documentation to the PlotSize enum and its members (Small, Medium, Large) inside Enums/PlotSize.cs. Why: These enums correspond to FFXIV's specific building categories (Cottage, House, Mansion), which can be highly ambiguous without direct documentation mapping them to the domain model.
