When add or delete markdown file, it won't rebuild the page database

When add or delete markdown file, it won't rebuild the page database. So it will throw error if the file is deleted or added.

I think it should rebuild the database so that we can add or delete markdown file without restart nuxt server.

I second this! This was one of the things that was confusing me as well
