Fixes #216 by removing the [Windows only] note, which is not accurate. The .NET Core (and ASP.NET framework) is fully cross-platform. Subsequent reference docs even note that Linux is a supported deployment platform conflicting with this description. This edit just removes the inaccuracy.

Thanks for the contribution! We wanted to test it some more before removing that note. Did it work well for you on mac/linux?

Hi @dkundel-openai - yep I'm one of the team members, so we definitely want to make sure we're not incorrectly identifying the product ;-).

Have you tried it on Mac and Linux? We didn't have time to actually test it outside of Windows.

yep, that is from mac. We have similar skills in our community that follow the pattern identified in the skill and reference that work across coding agents.
