The 4.21.30 MicroShift-only assembly has been completed. Renaming it to 4.21.29-microshift to free up the 4.21.30 version number for the next standard z-stream release.

Updated: per team feedback, changed approach from renaming to deleting the completed MicroShift assembly 4.21.30. The validator's regex doesn't allow hyphenated assembly names, and since this is a one-off situation, deletion is simpler.

Also added the required rh-pre-commit trailers.

CI is all green now ✅. The approach was changed to delete the completed MicroShift assembly rather than rename it (per team discussion). Could someone please re-apply /lgtm? The previous /lgtm was cleared by the force-push.
