Add image-aware Agent Memory notebook

Summary

Adds a new Oracle AI Agent Memory notebook for image-aware memory in the 26.8 release.

The notebook demonstrates how applications can use Oracle AI Agent Memory to work with visual context, including:

• connecting to Oracle AI Database
• initializing or upgrading the managed memory schema
• generating a synthetic support evidence image
• storing an image as a managed DOCUMENT record
• searching image records through descriptions and metadata
• showing that raw image bytes are omitted by default
• explicitly hydrating image bytes with include_bytes=True
• attaching image evidence to an ordered multimodal message

Notes

The notebook uses a synthetic image generated inside the notebook, so no customer screenshots, credentials, or private data are embedded.

The runnable workflow focuses on stable image-aware memory behavior: storage, search, default byte omission, explicit byte hydration, and multimodal message persistence.

Validation

Ran the notebook end to end locally.
