Ports the quickstart update from ORAHUB commit a1c15bf2 to the DevRel sample repository.
The update clarifies database deployment setup, the SDK REST endpoint and authentication, and integrated embedding model setup.
Validation: the notebook parses as JSON, contains no saved outputs, and
git diff --checkpasses.
