opus_decode_cbr_stream runs the entire frame loop in C behind one ctypes call, so Python-side per-frame overhead disappears and thread pools scale linearly across cores (7.6x at 8 threads vs 1.0x for the per-frame API). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
