Contact-detail and defined-term fixes only — no substantive terms are changed. service-agreement.mdx - 9.3 referred to "the MIME Parties", which is not a defined term in this document. 9.1 defines "PHASE TWO PARTIES"; 9.3 now uses it. - 10.1 gave support@getmime.com and a 915 Broadway Street, Vancouver WA address as the only channels for serving an Arbitration Opt-out Notice. Both are stale. A 30-day opt-out window whose stated addresses do not reach us is a defect worth fixing promptly. Replaced with the addresses already used elsewhere in the same document (11.2): support@phasetwo.io and 140 Lakeside Avenue, Suite A49, Seattle, Washington 98122. sla.mdx - The credit-claim address read "support@phasetwo-io", which is not a valid address. It is the only channel given for claiming a service credit. Corrected and linked. The "Last updated" dates are deliberately left alone: these are corrections to contact information and an internal cross-reference, not amendments to the terms, and re-dating them would imply a change that did not occur.
