[Refactor] Consolidate typings/ into @types/, and API types

Why am I making these changes?

There shouldn't be 2 different directories for types.

What are the changes from a developer perspective?

• Moved files from src/typings/ to src/@types/ and renamed phaser/index.d.ts to phaser.d.ts.
• Consolidated API types files into api.ts.
• Consolidated save migrator types into @types/save-migrators.ts.
• Deprecated daily scoreboard stuff.
