A personal companion web app for your wellbeing. It started as a safety plan app, now evolving into a broader toolkit for navigating life's highs and lows (with art, other humans, and what you value as reasons to live).
"Pain is hard to bear," he cried, "But with patience, day by day, even this shall pass away." — Theodore Tilton
In days of struggling with my own mental health and searching for safety plan apps but disliking the products I found, I realized that one of my ways of coping was to "Create something I care about." So I built something to get through another day that's open-sourced, customizable, private, self-hosted and free, because someone somewhere might one day need a reason still be here.
Your personal, offline-first mental health/suicide prevention safety plan interface for you.
Why exists? Because mental health tools should be accessible, private, and truly yours—not another app collecting your data.
Inside you will find and privately be able to add:
- Warning signs & Coping strategies
- Emotional & Profession support contacts
- Reasons to live & Comfort places
- Your Personal checklists for times of crisis
- Selection of art to keep you company
