[Feature]: Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) UI, especially on mobile — building on PR #27965 #29437
First off, thank you — T3 Code is excellent. I deployed it on a headless Linux box this week and now run my coding agents almost entirely from my phone. It's the remote agent experience I've been looking for.
Request: Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) UI support, especially on mobile.
I know Chinese localization has been requested before (#1463, #4082, #5601), so I'll keep this short and focus on what's changed:
The foundation already exists. This community has real open-source spirit — the same spirit DeepSeek showed by open-sourcing its models. Contributors here are already giving back: PR feat(web): add i18n infrastructure with a Simplified Chinese UI #27965 by @wxk66 builds a lightweight i18n layer, a zh-Hans message catalog, and a language picker in Settings → Appearance for the web UI. It would be a shame for that work to go to waste.
Mobile is where the friction is. My usage is mostly the Android app — starting threads, approving tool calls, and reviewing diffs on the go. feat(web): add i18n infrastructure with a Simplified Chinese UI #27965 covers web/desktop only; the native apps are where Chinese users like me feel the English-only UI most. If the i18n approach gets adopted, please consider extending it to iOS/Android rather than stopping at web.
Happy to help test any Chinese build. Thanks for building this in the open.
