A Claude instance that sends its requests through a CLIProxyAPI hub reads no subscription limits of its own, so with two or more Claude accounts on the hub the thread details card says Limits: Unavailable. A hub picks an account per request, so a thread spends from the whole pool. #27740 fills the card only when the hub has exactly one account for the driver, and #29978 needs the hub's session routing turned on.
When the selected instance has no readable limits and a hub has a readable account for its driver, the card shows that driver's accounts pooled. It uses the same collectLimitAccounts → collectLimitPools → displayLimitWindows path as Usage → Limits: signed-in and hub accounts together, one entry per login at its freshest reading, a hub that fails to read left out.
ThreadDetailsUsage
- limits = report entry for this instance ?? instance.usageLimits+ limits = resolveThreadDetailsLimits(...) // ThreadDetailsUsage.logic.ts+ no reading yet → nothing (as today)+ own limits readable → own limits (as today)+ own notice, and a hub reads the driver+ → this environment's pooled windows for the driver+ otherwise → own notice (as today)

+ <PoolRow tooltip>+ Weekly: 51% left across 2 accounts+ +32% in 2d 3h · <time> // next refill; "Resets in …" for one account+ Under pace+ From <hub labels>, Signed-in accounts
Gate: signed-in accounts alone never form a pool. A hub must hold a readable account for the driver.
Driver and environment: only the instance's driver counts, and only this environment's accounts, since a thread cannot spend another machine's accounts. Usage → Limits pools every connected environment, so with several connected the two screens can differ.
Docs:docs/user/usage.md says the card pools this environment's accounts.
This branch starts from main and doesn't include #27740's commits. If maintainers take this direction, #27740's single-account rule becomes the one-account case of the pool.
Scope and approval: this is the multi-account case from Ideas discussion #27235, which has no maintainer approval yet. Other directions are per-account chips (eliophan), a session-routed account (#29978), and streamed limits (#30778, which still leaves this pool covering the card before the first turn). It's open so the pooled version can be compared as a diff. Close it if maintainers prefer another direction.
Known trade-offs:
T3 can't tell that an instance sends through a hub. An instance with no readable limits for another reason, such as an API key, also gets the pool when a hub has accounts for its driver. feat(usage): let a hub that clients route through supply their limits #27901's "clients route through this hub" flag would let the card require that link.
A signed-in login that no hub holds counts in the pool, as in Usage → Limits, so the pool can include an account the hub never sends through.
A login held by two hubs shows only the first hub's label in the "From" line, because the shared account keeps one label.
Evidence
Ran vp run dev with Usage on in the thread details card, on a Claude Opus 5.5 thread with the Weekly row's tooltip open.
Usage source: a local stand-in for Pedro's real CLIProxyAPI hub (one Claude account). It passes the hub's responses through and adds a synthetic second Claude account, which reuses the real account's reading with shifted usage. Two accounts is the case this PR is for.
Before: taken on main against the same hub.
Before: After:
Both shots are from 568e0e1012. Later rebases onto main changed only an import in the card. The stand-in has one hub and no other signed-in Claude instance, so the "From" line names only the hub. Once #28376 merges, the "before" tooltip says the limits couldn't be read instead of "no subscription limits". The card still uses the pool, because it falls back whenever the instance's own limits show a notice.
ThreadDetailsUsage.logic.test.ts has 11 passing tests:
no selected or known instance, or no reading yet → nothing
own readable limits beside a hub → own limits
one hub account → its windows, 1 account
several accounts → pooled, as Usage → Limits
one login on two hubs → counted once, freshest reading
accounts across hubs, one hub failed to read → pool of the readable hubs
another driver's or unreadable accounts on the hub → left out of the pool
a login signed in natively and on a hub → counted once, freshest reading
a signed-in account no hub holds, beside the hub's → counted in the pool
next reset when an unused account's 0% reset comes first → the reset that refills quota
no readable hub account for the driver → own notice
vp run check:changed: format, lint, knip, typecheck, the changed test file, and the React compiler checks all pass.
Merge Danger
Door: two-way. It only changes the web client, with no contract, server, or stored-data changes, and reverting it restores today's card.
Blast Radius: small. It only affects the thread details card for an instance with no readable limits while a hub has accounts for its driver. In that case, the "Unavailable" row becomes up to three pooled rows. Mobile has no thread details usage card. The Limits popover (#29222) and /usage-limits don't change.

Evidence
serverConfig: { providers: [], usageLimitSources: sources } discards every native reading before collectLimitAccounts can merge matching logins. UsageLimitsPooled passes the actual providers, and the shared merger selects the freshest limits for each login. A focused host-check reproduction using the pinned resolver and shared helpers returned 60% left in the card versus 10% in Limits for the same two hub logins.
Failure. Hub accounts A and B report 0% and 80% used at 11:59. An enabled native instance signed into hub account A reports 100% used at 11:59:30. With the proxied instance selected, the card averages the stale hub readings to 60% left; Limits deduplicates A with its fresher native reading and shows 10% left. No unrelated native account is involved.
Recommendation. Use native identity and readings when merging logins already present in the hub pool, while keeping membership restricted to hub accounts. Add this duplicate-login freshness case to the resolver table.
R1-SOL-SPEC-2: Skip zero-restoration resets when showing the next pooled refill.

Evidence
window.resets.find((reset) => reset.at > now) selects an unused account's reset even when restoresPercent is zero. UsageLimitsPooled instead finds a reset with reset.restoresPercent > 0. A focused host-check reproduction evaluated both pinned selectors on the actual pooled windows: the card selected +0% at 12:10, while Limits selected +40% at 13:00.
Failure. A two-account pool has an unused account resetting at 12:10 and an account with 80% used resetting at 13:00. At noon the tooltip advertises "+0% in 10m" and hides the next actual +40% refill, contradicting the promised next-refill information.
Recommendation. For a multi-account refill label, select the first future reset with positive restoresPercent; retain the ordinary reset countdown for a single account.
R1-MUSE-SPEC-1: The card's pooled "+X% in ..." refill can name a 0%-restore reset while Limits spotlights a later real refill.
spec/pr-30634-body.md Change: "+32% in 2d 3h" is the next refill, and the pool uses the same path as Usage -> Limits "so both screens show the same numbers" · apps/web/src/components/chat/ThreadDetailsUsage.tsx:203 · Fixed in 5dfb965fd
Evidence
Card picks the soonest future reset regardless of restore amount: const next = window.resets.find((reset) => reset.at > now); (ThreadDetailsUsage.tsx:203), then poolResetLabel(resetsIn, accounts > 1 ? next.restoresPercent : null) renders +${restoresPercent}% ....
Usage -> Limits spotlights the soonest reset that actually restores quota: const nextRefill = pool.resets.find((reset) => reset.restoresPercent > 0); (UsageLimitsPooled.tsx:544). restoresPercent is Math.round(member.refillPercent / members.length) (usageLimits.ts poolWindows), so a fresh account at 0% used contributes a 0%-restore reset.
Failure. Two Claude hub accounts: A fresh at 0% used resetting in 1h, B at 60% used resetting in 2d. The card tooltip reads "+0% in 1h" while Usage -> Limits spotlights B's "+30%" refill, so the card's "next refill" names a non-refill and hides the real one.
Recommendation. For the multi-account "+X%" label, select the first future reset with restoresPercent > 0 (falling back to the soonest future reset), keeping the displayed time and percent on the same reset; this mirrors Limits' nextRefill filter while keeping the card's future-only rule and leaving the single-account "Resets in ..." path unchanged.

The required measure_complexity.py run on 3368dd7..122f0fa reports L191-233 PoolRow: cognitive 10, cyclomatic 11 OVER: cognitive 10 > 8 [not lint-checked]. Its render combines the nested tone selection, account-count suffix, reset availability and caption selection, and optional pace. The pinned vite.config.ts does not configure a cognitive-complexity rule; this is a measured personal-policy violation, not a failing repository lint check.
Recommendation. Centralize the remaining-percentage-to-tone decision in a guard-based helper shared by LimitRow and PoolRow, which currently repeat the same thresholds. This gives the decision one owner and removes the nested tone selection from PoolRow; remeasure to ensure its score is at most 8. Do not add a suppression or split-only wrappers.

Evidence
tone={left <= 10 ? "error" : left <= 20 ? "warning" : null} contains a conditional expression in its false branch. This is a new expression in PoolRow, even though the older, unchanged LimitRow uses the same pattern.
Recommendation. Resolve the tone with early returns in a named remaining-percentage-to-tone helper. Sharing that helper with LimitRow also removes the duplicated threshold policy. This is Pedro's readability preference, not a merge blocker.
R1-SOL-PBP30634-3: The reset tooltip nests the account-count decision inside its visibility conditional.

Evidence
The outer {next && nextResetsAt && resetsIn ? (...) : null} at lines 219-224 contains {poolResetLabel(resetsIn, accounts > 1 ? next.restoresPercent : null)} at line 221. The account-count ternary is inside the true branch of the reset-visibility ternary, including through JSX.
Recommendation. Let a focused reset-details helper or component own the availability guard and the entire reset line. Return early when reset data is absent, then select the single-account or pooled caption before returning its JSX. Preserve the current lazy formatting and null behavior. This is advisory readability feedback, not a merge blocker.

Failure. A reader must hold five branch states plus nesting to predict one row; the next tooltip or tone tweak lands in an already over-limit function.
Recommendation. Extract the tooltip into a PoolTooltip component and share one usageTone(left) helper with LimitRow (which also clears the nested ternary); both rows then read linearly and PoolRow scores under 8.

Round 1 user ruling: pool native and hub accounts together; AGENTS.md, Taste: user-visible labels must stay accurate. · apps/web/src/components/chat/ThreadDetailsUsage.logic.ts:71 · Fixed in 5b13d6b9e
Evidence
The changed serverConfig: { providers, usageLimitSources: sources } correctly includes native accounts, but hubLabels still comes exclusively from sources.map(...source.label) (lines 79–85). PoolRow then unconditionally renders From {hubLabels.join(", ")} (ThreadDetailsUsage.tsx:225). The new resolver-table case at test lines 205–209 demonstrates the mismatch: native-only login b joins hub login a, producing 60% across two accounts while the source remains only Hub.
Failure. With one readable hub account and a different signed-in native account, the tooltip presents both accounts' quota as coming from the hub. If only the native account reports a particular window, that window is also labelled From Hub even though the hub supplied none of its data. This attribution became incorrect when the ruling fix broadened pool membership.
Recommendation. Keep the approved native-plus-hub membership, but make the tooltip identify the combined driver-account pool, or include the native contributors in its source description. Do not retain an exclusive From <hubs> attribution for windows that include native accounts.
R2-MUSE-DELTA-1: The pooled tooltip still attributes the pool to hubs only after natives joined it.
docs/user/usage.md: the card pools the hub's accounts and any signed-in ones · apps/web/src/components/chat/ThreadDetailsUsage.tsx:225 · Fixed in 5b13d6b9e
Evidence
Line 225 renders From {hubLabels.join(", ")}, and hubPool builds hubLabels only from sources (hub snapshots), while the pooled windows now also count readable native sign-ins. The line-51 docstring still says "its hub accounts' pooled windows".
Failure. A hub account a@example.com plus a native-only login b@example.com pools to "60% left across 2 accounts" with a tooltip ending "From Hub", though b never passed through the hub.
Recommendation. Attribute the signed-in contribution in the tooltip (e.g. have hubPool report whether non-hub members joined and append "and signed-in accounts"), and update the line-51 docstring to "its driver's pooled accounts" to match logic.ts and docs/user/usage.md.
R2-SOL-PBP30634-1: Remove the claim that the thread spends the entire displayed pool.
pedro/stale-comment · apps/web/src/components/chat/ThreadDetailsUsage.logic.ts:31 · Fixed in 5b13d6b9e
Evidence
The resolver comment still says, The hub picks an account per request, so a thread spends the pool rather than any one account. After this delta, serverConfig: { providers, usageLimitSources: sources } includes native accounts outside the hub; the new table case explicitly covers a signed-in account no hub holds, alongside the hub's. The nearby ThreadDetailsUsage component summary also still calls these its hub accounts' pooled windows.
Failure. With hub account A and an unrelated native account B, the card intentionally aggregates A and B under the user's ruling, but the comment incorrectly explains that aggregate as the pool this thread can spend through the hub. A maintainer relying on that rationale would infer a routing guarantee the implementation does not provide.
Recommendation. Delete the causal sentence about spending the pool, or describe the display as the driver-wide aggregate used by Usage → Limits; update the component summary to include native accounts too. Keep the user-approved native-plus-hub behavior.

LimitRow in the same file writes Resets in {formatDuration(resetsAt - now)}. next.at is already the reset time in milliseconds, and nextPoolReset guarantees next.at > now.
Failure. If someone rewords formatResetsIn in packages/shared ("resets in" to "refills in", say), the .replace calls stop matching. The card then shows lowercase or doubled wording like "+40% refills in 5m" or "resets in 5m", and no test or type catches it. The one-account pool row also says "Resets momentarily" where the instance row says "Resets in 0m" for the same reset.
Recommendation. Drop poolResetLabel and the formatResetsIn call. Write formatDuration(next.at - now) directly, as Resets in ${d} for one account and +${next.restoresPercent}% in ${d} for a pool. The formatResetsIn import can then go too.
R1-STD-2: The union tag kind: "hub" and the helper hubPool still say the pool is a hub's, though it now also holds the driver's signed-in accounts.
name-the-meaning: names state purpose; the user ruling puts signed-in accounts into the pool · apps/web/src/components/chat/ThreadDetailsUsage.logic.ts:19 · Fixed in 6ee421fde
The test row a login signed in natively and on a hub resolves to kind: "hub" with from: ["Signed-in accounts"]. That pool holds no hub-sourced reading at all.
Failure. A maintainer who reads resolved.kind === "hub" in the component assumes every row is a hub reading. They then write hub-only copy or logic, such as "From your hub", that is wrong for pools of signed-in accounts.
Recommendation. Rename the tag to "pool" and the helper to driverPool or accountPool. The hub-readable gate can stay inside it as the condition under which the pool appears.
R1-SPEC-1: With two or more environments connected, the card pools only the thread's environment while Usage -> Limits pools all of them, so the two screens can show different numbers.

Evidence
The card builds a one-entry presentations map from the thread environment's config (ChatView passes serverConfig?.usageLimitSources and that environment's providers):
Usage -> Limits (UsageLimits.tsx ~375-405) feeds collectLimitAccounts every environment in presentationsWithProvidersAtom when selectedEnvironmentIds is null (the default), and also drops drivers the user hid.
Failure. A user has a local desktop environment and a remote one. A Claude account is signed in natively only on the remote machine, and the local environment has a CLIProxyAPI hub with one Claude account. Usage -> Limits shows Weekly pooled across 2 accounts. A local proxied Claude thread's card shows the hub account alone, at a different percentage and with no "across 2 accounts". With one environment the numbers match.
Recommendation. Keeping the pool to the thread's environment is probably correct, since a thread cannot spend from another machine's accounts. If you keep it, say "this environment's" in the docs sentence and in the PR body rewrite instead of claiming the numbers always match Usage -> Limits. The alternative is to feed the card every environment's presentations, which changes the card's data source.

vercel js-early-exit · apps/web/src/components/chat/ThreadDetailsUsage.logic.ts:70 · Fixed in 6ee421fde
Failure. Any instance whose own limits show a notice (API key, probe failure, no hub configured) runs collectLimitAccounts over every provider and source and collectLimitPools on each card render (every minute and on every provider/sources update), then throws the result away because no hub reads its driver. The cost is small; the gate also states the spec rule ('signed-in accounts alone never form a pool') more plainly when it comes first.
Recommendation. Compute hubReadsDriver first and if (!hubReadsDriver) return null; before building presentations, then if (!pool) return null; after collectLimitPools. Rendered output is unchanged.

Interface cap (React)
Clean
Delta touches ThreadDetailsUsage (unchanged contract), PoolRow (2 props: window, now) and PoolResetLine (2 props: window, now); the deleted poolResetLabel helper took 2 parameters.
Interface ownership
Clean
PoolResetLine now derives its label from nextPoolReset and formatDuration itself; driverPool keeps the same (driver, providers, sources, now) contract as hubPool with the cheap hub gate moved first. No new coordination for callers.
Nested conditionals
Findings
Inspected every added or changed conditional expression in all three source files: two new outer expressions in PoolRow nest another ternary, recorded once each; pre-existing expressions in unchanged component bodies were not reported.
Comment length (2 lines of prose)
Clean
Not lint-enforced for this cap (repo lints t3code/no-low-value-comments at four lines); long_comments.py over 5b13d6b..ef531d3: 0 over the cap in 3 changed source files.
Swallowed errors
Clean
TS sites inspected: driverPool(...) ?? { kind: "instance" } (logic.ts:44), ?? null in nextPoolReset (:51), the if (!pool) return null and if (!resetsAt) return null early returns; each is a legitimate absence (no hub reading, no pool, no future reset), not a required value. No catch blocks in the delta.
Flag arguments
Clean
No boolean or string-literal mode parameter added; the deleted poolResetLabel's nullable restoresPercent was data, and its replacement is inline.
Stale comments
Findings
Read comments beside changed lines and doc comments on changed functions; R2-SOL-PBP30634-1 identifies the hub-routing rationale and component summary left behind by native-account inclusion, while the reset-selection and instance-snapshot comments still match the code.
Cognitive complexity (limit 8)
Findings
measure_complexity.py: PoolRow scores 10 > 8 [not lint-checked]; all other 26 changed functions pass. No oxlint config owns these files, so the repo lint does not enforce it.
Cyclomatic complexity (limit 16)
Clean
Not lint-enforced in this config; measured: highest resolveThreadDetailsLimits at 8, PoolResetLine 6.
Complexity evasion
Clean
No suppressions or config changes in the delta; the change deletes a helper (poolResetLabel) rather than splitting one, and driverPool's reorder adds no forwarding helper.
React performance: waterfalls
Inapplicable
The delta is synchronous account selection and presentation, with no async operations, requests, or dependent awaits.
React performance: bundle size

The resolver consumes existing server configuration snapshots and introduces no fetching, storage access, or global listener; the component retains the existing useNowMinute subscription to the shared minuteTick store.
React performance: rerenders
Clean
Source labels are derived directly during render from window members without effect/state synchronization or new subscriptions; inspected the existing minute-clock path and confirmed React Compiler remains enabled in apps/web/vite.config.ts.
React performance: rendering

The added source line uses an explicit from.length > 0 conditional, preserves stable window.id row keys, and introduces no animation, layout measurement, or large-list rendering change.
React performance: JavaScript performance
Clean
poolSources uses one flatMap and one short-circuiting some over window members plus Set deduplication, and hubPool replaces a filtered/mapped labels array with a short-circuiting some gate; no evidenced costly execution path justifies a performance finding.
React performance: advanced patterns

Reviewed ThreadDetailsUsage (3), InstanceRows (2), PoolRow (3), LimitRow (2), ThreadDetailsContext (1), UsageRow (8: label, fill, tone, tick, value, ariaValue, tooltip, muted). Max is 8, which passes; UsageRow is unchanged.
Nested conditionals (pedro/no-nested-ternary)
Findings
One new nested ternary (PoolRow tone, line 210); pre-existing siblings on unchanged lines (LimitRow line 170, ThreadDetailsContext, UsageRow class branches) are out of scope and not reported.
Swallowed errors (pedro/swallowed-error)
Clean
Delta has no catch, .catch, unawaited promise, or required-value fallback; hubReadsDriver keeps the prior gate semantics with .some.
Flag arguments (pedro/flag-argument)
Clean
No new boolean or mode-selecting parameter; poolSources takes the window it reads.
Stale comments (pedro/stale-comment)
Clean
Checked comments beside changed lines: resolveThreadDetailsLimits doc ('pool of its driver's accounts'), poolSources doc ('hub-only accounts, then signed-in accounts'), and ThreadDetailsUsage doc all match the merged native-plus-hub behavior and the environments/sourceLabel merge semantics in usageLimits.ts.
Complexity evasion (pedro/complexity-evasion)
Clean
No new suppressions, no config change, and no split-only refactor: hubLabels removal lowers PoolRow's props and poolSources owns a real derivation.
Performance: waterfalls (Vercel async-*)
Inapplicable
Inapplicable: no async work added; pooling is synchronous derivation already done in render before.
Performance: bundle size (Vercel bundle-*)
Clean
No new modules: formatResetsIn comes from the already-imported @t3tools/shared/usageLimits; only a local logic module is added.
Performance: server (Vercel server-*)

Inapplicable: client-only component, no server components or actions.
Performance: client fetching (Vercel client-*)
Inapplicable
Inapplicable: no fetching added; minute tick via useSyncExternalStore is pre-existing.
Performance: rerenders (Vercel rerender-*)
Clean
Per-render pooling over a handful of hub accounts matches the pre-existing per-render collectProviderUsageLimits cost; new row components are module-level, not inline.
Performance: rendering (Vercel rendering-*)
Clean
Tooltip/grid markup follows the existing UsageRow pattern; no animation, hoisting, or hydration issue.
Performance: JavaScript (Vercel js-*)
Clean
Single-pass filter/some/map over small arrays; no repeated same-input calls warranting a cache.

Interface cap (React, max 8 props)
Clean
New/changed contracts are within cap: PoolResetLine 2 (window, now), PoolRow 3, LimitRow 2, ThreadDetailsUsage 3; UsageRow has 8, unchanged.
Performance: advanced patterns
Clean
No effects, refs, or event-handler patterns added.
Performance: bundle size
Clean
Delta removes the formatResetsIn import and adds no imports.
Performance: client fetching
Inapplicable
No fetching or subscriptions added.
Performance: JavaScript performance
Findings
R1-PBP30634-1: hubPool computes accounts and pools before its cheap hub gate.
No new state, effects, or store subscriptions; PoolResetLine's existing usePrimarySettings selector reads one field.
Performance: server performance
Inapplicable
Client-only Vite React; no server components.

Thread details now resolve usage limits from the selected provider instance or from pooled accounts for its driver. The card renders pooled windows with account and reset details. Documentation distinguishes this pool from the Usage → Limits pool across connected environments.
Changes: Thread Details Usage Limits
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Resolve and pool limits apps/web/src/components/chat/ThreadDetailsUsage.logic.ts, apps/web/src/components/chat/ThreadDetailsUsage.logic.test.ts
The resolver returns readable instance limits, or tries a driver-matched pool when instance limits have a notice. Pooling filters unreadable or other-driver accounts, deduplicates matching logins using the freshest reading, and includes signed-in accounts. Tests cover resolution, pool contents, source labels, and reset selection.
Render limits and reset details apps/web/src/components/chat/ThreadDetailsUsage.tsx, docs/user/usage.md
The card renders instance limits or pooled windows with remaining percentages, account counts, sources, and reset details. The documentation describes the thread-details pool as limited to the current environment, unlike Usage → Limits.
pingdotgg/t3code#30990 — The PR adds a driver-pool fallback for the unavailable limits state.
pingdotgg/t3code#28052 — The PR deduplicates matching logins across hub and signed-in accounts and adds source labels.
pingdotgg/t3code#11515 — The PR adds pooled windows to thread details but does not change the Usage view presentation.
pingdotgg/t3code#23054 — The PR scopes the thread-details pool to one environment; it does not address the broader Usage → Limits duplication.
pingdotgg/t3code#26909 — The PR adds a hub-account fallback for an unavailable Claude instance.

An instance that sends requests through a CLIProxyAPI hub reads no
limits of its own. The hub picks an account per request, so the thread
spends the pool rather than any one account. Resolve the card's limits
to the instance's own when readable, else the pooled windows of its
driver's hub accounts, built with the Limits page's own pooling.
Before the instance's first limits probe, usageLimits is undefined. The card showed the hub pool in that gap, so a directly signed-in instance flashed another account's pool at startup. main shows nothing there; keep that.
The card's reset line took the soonest future reset even when it
restored 0%, so a pool with an unused account read "+0% in 10m" and hid
the next real refill. Usage -> Limits skips those resets; the card now
does the same for a pool and keeps the plain countdown for one account.
PoolRow also drops under the complexity limit: the reset line is its own
component and the remaining-percent tone is one helper shared with
LimitRow instead of two copies of a nested ternary.
The card pooled hub accounts only, so a login that is also signed in
natively kept the hub's older reading while Usage -> Limits showed the
fresher one. The pool now takes the driver's signed-in and hub accounts
together, deduped by login with the freshest reading, as Limits does.
The card still falls back to the pool only when a hub has a readable
account for the driver, so signed-in accounts alone never form one.
The "From <hubs>" line listed every hub with a readable account, so once
signed-in accounts joined the pool it credited their quota to the hubs
and labelled windows the hubs never reported.
The line is now built per window from its members: the hubs holding its
hub-only accounts, then "Signed-in accounts" when a signed-in instance
holds one. The resolver comment no longer claims a thread spends the
whole pool.
…t it holds
The pooled reset line formatted its wording by string-replacing another formatter's English copy; it now builds it from the duration. The union tag and helper said hub though the pool also holds signed-in accounts. The driver pool checks the cheap hub gate before building accounts.

Aggregate simultaneous pool resets before showing the restored percentage.
If two pool members reset at the same time, nextPoolReset selects only one reset. Line 241 then shows that member’s restoresPercent, not the total refill. For two members each 80% used, the tooltip shows +40% although the pool regains 80%. Sum the resets at the selected timestamp before formatting the label. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Summary
A Claude instance that sends its requests through a CLIProxyAPI hub reads no subscription limits of its own, so with two or more Claude accounts on the hub the thread details card says Limits: Unavailable. A hub picks an account per request, so a thread spends from the whole pool. #27740 fills the card only when the hub has exactly one account for the driver, and #29978 needs the hub's session routing turned on.
When the selected instance has no readable limits and a hub has a readable account for its driver, the card shows that driver's accounts pooled. It uses the same
collectLimitAccounts→collectLimitPools→displayLimitWindowspath as Usage → Limits: signed-in and hub accounts together, one entry per login at its freshest reading, a hub that fails to read left out.LimitRow).docs/user/usage.mdsays the card pools this environment's accounts. This branch starts from
mainand doesn't include #27740's commits. If maintainers take this direction, #27740's single-account rule becomes the one-account case of the pool.Scope and approval: this is the multi-account case from Ideas discussion #27235, which has no maintainer approval yet. Other directions are per-account chips (eliophan), a session-routed account (#29978), and streamed limits (#30778, which still leaves this pool covering the card before the first turn). It's open so the pooled version can be compared as a diff. Close it if maintainers prefer another direction.

The Limits popover (#29222) and
