The purpose tag, which is a label on both the AWS instance and dedicated host, is now also the name of the runner group that the instance is registered under in GitHub Actions. This makes it easier to bring up test runners, and separate test runners from prod runners. Default prod value is now mac-pool. Signed-off-by: Ashley Cui <acui@redhat.com>
