Closes the Dependabot advisories tracked by #1982 (main module, 0.49.0) and #1981 (tools/iavl-tree-diff, 0.45.0). Both PRs proposed v0.52.0 and have since gone stale — 0.53.0 and 0.54.0 shipped after they were opened — so this takes v0.54.0 to avoid landing a bump that immediately draws another PR. SCOPE OF THE ADVISORY: every fix in this range is in golang.org/x/crypto/ssh (source-address critical option bypass, integer-overflow infinite loop on large channel writes, DSA parameter limits, oversized RSA moduli, security-key presence verification, channel-response deadlock). `go list -deps ./cmd/...` shows ssh is NOT in pocketd's dependency closure at either version — the binary pulls chacha20poly1305, curve25519, blake2b/2s, ripemd160, sha3, argon2, bcrypt, nacl, hkdf, scrypt and cryptobyte. None of the fixed paths were reachable, so this is alert hygiene rather than a live patch. Worth stating plainly so release notes do not describe it as a critical fix for the chain. `go mod tidy` carries nine golang.org/x modules forward in the main module, most notably net 0.52.0 -> 0.56.0 and sys 0.42.0 -> 0.47.0. In tools/iavl-tree-diff the `go` directive rises 1.24.0 -> 1.25.0 because x/crypto >= 0.53 requires it, which also aligns that tool with the main module's 1.25.8. Verified: build, vet, go mod verify (both modules), gofmt, ./pkg/client/..., ./pkg/crypto/..., ./x/tokenomics/..., ./x/proof/... all clean. NOT caused by this bump: x/application/module is slow (~200s) and flaky. It failed identically with pre-bump and post-bump go.mod under the same -timeout 240s (241.370s vs 241.197s, same cosmos-sdk/testutil/network trapSignal stack), and at -timeout 900s it failed once and passed once at v0.54.0 (198.8s). CI runs `make test_all` on Go's default 10m per-package timeout, which this package can exceed under parallel load; the target already carries a warn_flaky_tests prerequisite.
