[indexer]: index fills executed through EntryPoint v0.9 #1368

Background

The indexer matches UserOperationEvent logs only from the EntryPoint addresses listed in ENTRY_POINTS, which today are v0.6, v0.7 and v0.8. After the move to v0.9, fills are executed by the v0.9 EntryPoint, and their user operation hashes will no longer be picked up. That is the enrichment added in #1104.

It also recognises solver wallets by the SolverAccount address they delegate to, taken from the solverAccount lists in its config. #1366 deploys a new SolverAccount.

Proposed change

• Add 0x433709009B8330FDa32311DF1C2AFA402eD8D009 to ENTRY_POINTS in sdk/packages/indexer/src/utils/userOp.helpers.ts. The UserOperationEvent signature is unchanged in v0.9.
• Add the new SolverAccount addresses to the solverAccount lists. Keep the old ones, so wallets that have not re-delegated yet are still recognised.
• Update the tests that hard-code the v0.8 address.
