The exit C FFI declaration in _Fail used U8 for the status parameter instead of I32, which is what the C exit() function actually takes.

Update to work with ponyc 0.73.0
The
exitC FFI declaration in our internal_Failprimitive used the wrong parameter type. It declared the status parameter asU8instead ofI32, which didn't match the Cexit()function's actualintparameter type.
