Array.clone() now returns iso^ when the element type is val. The clone result here is used as ref, so it needs an explicit type annotation.

Array.clone()to returniso^when the element type isval. The clone infrom_fragmentsis used asref— it gets iterated and sized — so it needs an explicit type annotation.
