Package and distribute the Tauri viewer (Homebrew, winget, .deb)

Make the desktop viewer installable via standard package managers on each platform.

macOS: Homebrew cask (depends on signing/notarization)
Windows: winget manifest submitted to microsoft/winget-pkgs
Linux: .deb package for Debian/Ubuntu; Flatpak for broader distro support

Checklist:

• macOS: signed .dmg + Homebrew cask (portableweb/homebrew-tap)
• Windows: .msi / .exe installer + winget manifest
• Linux: .deb + optional Flatpak on Flathub
• GitHub Releases with artifacts for all three platforms
