Read-only photo viewer for Instagram which allows user to check out popular photos.

User Stories:

• Required : User can scroll through current popular photos from instagram
• Required : For each photo user can see Grapic, Caption, Username.
• Optional : Display User Icon.
• Optional : Display comment count with comment drawable.
• Optional : Display two recent comments.
• Optional : Display each image in the same aspect ratio as the real Instagram.

Next step: Working on making it look like real Instagram.
