Description

Adds a new egg for LeafMC, a fork of Paper that focuses on performance while keeping vanilla mechanics and stability intact. Install script pulls the jar from the official Leaf API (same pattern as the existing Paper/Folia eggs), and I added Leaf to the main README and the minecraft/java README in alphabetical order.
