docs: repository is out of sync with the hosted server (SKILL.md, docs/, Context7) and CI is red #5

What

This repository no longer matches the hosted server at https://mcp.publora.com/mcp.

• The code is an April 2026 snapshot. It registers an older tool set (LinkedIn analytics and workspace tools) and lacks complete_media, delete_media, prune_media_reference, post_stats, profile_stats, linkedin_create_reshare and linkedin_list_mentionables.
• The README was corrected in docs(readme): Claude connectors directory first; list the hosted server's tools #4, but these files still describe the old tools and setup:
  • SKILL.md (indexed by Context7): old tool list, "Settings → API Keys", Claude Desktop through a remote entry in claude_desktop_config.json, "(not /mcp path)"
  • docs/getting-started.md, docs/troubleshooting.md: "Settings → API", Claude Desktop via Edit Config
  • docs/tools/overview.md, context7.json: "16 MCP tools", analytics and workspace tools
• CI is red on main: security (npm audit --audit-level=high) has failed since 2026-06-24, and the test matrix hangs until GitHub's 6-hour timeout on every run.

Why

Context7 and search serve these files to agents and developers, who then call tools that do not exist or follow a setup that no longer applies. Current references: https://docs.publora.com/mcp/client-setup and https://docs.publora.com/mcp/tools-reference.

Decision needed

1. Sync the repository with the hosted server's code and docs, and fix CI, or
2. Archive it as a pointer: README and SKILL.md link to docs.publora.com, Context7 is pointed at publora/publora-api-docs, stale docs/ removed, broken CI disabled.

Acceptance criteria

• No file in the repository lists a tool the hosted server does not have
• Context7 returns the current 18 tools for Publora MCP
• CI green, or removed together with the code
