docs: remove legacy workspace tools, document company_* tools - #13

Remove the Workspace/B2B tools and team examples, say that the hosted server lists 52 company_* tools with access by Company account type and role (not 12, not Agency-only), and link the Agency quickstart and the first-comment references. The snapshot warning and src/ stay unchanged. Supersedes #7.

The legacy workspace API is being retired from the Publora documentation (publora/publora-api-docs#70). This repository is a public April 2026 snapshot;
